Gluten-free Corn Bread




Ingredients:
Bob's Red Mill Gluten-free Corn Bread mix
2 Eggs
1/3 c Oil or melted butter
1 1/2 c Milk

Directions:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Step 2: Mix ingredients
Step 3: Grease 9' x 9' pan
Step 4: Bake 25 min or until golden brown


Step 5: Add butter and honey to your liking!

Egg Sandwich w/ Avocado and Swiss

Jacklyn's Special Egg Sammy Recipe

Ingredients:
1 Egg
1 Slice Black Pepper Canadian Bacon
1 Slice Roast Turkey 
1 Slice SoySation Swiss-style Cheese
1/4 Avocado, Sliced
Gluten-free Bread
Salt and Pepper
Italian Seasoning



Step 1a: Fry egg (to your liking)
Step 1b: Lightly salt and pepper egg, also sprinkling Italian seasoning



Step 2: Place meat on one side of sandwich 


Step 3: Place cheese on other side of sandwich
Place egg in middle


Step 4: Toast both sides of the sandwich


Step 5: Slice avocado and place on top of cheese
Replace bread slice


Serve with iced Mango Nectar!

Gluten/Dairy Free PIZZA!!

PIZZA TIME!!!
Wait, what? You can still eat pizza? Yes, you can!  I figured out how and it tastes the same!!

Recipe is easy to make and yummy to eat! 


For this WONDEROUS Recipe you will need...
Udi's Gluten-free Pizza Crusts (or other Gluten-free options)
Pizza Sauce (I chose to try organic, it was AMAZING)
SoySation's Mozzerella-style Cheese (shredded)
Canadian Bacon (cut into pieces)
(Italian Seasoning is optional)


Steps 1 & 2: Sauce one crust to your liking and then evenly spread the soy mozzarella 


Step 3: Top with Canadian Bacon
Step 4: Bake at 375 degrees in oven for 7-9 minutes (until cheese is sufficiently melted)


Step 5: EAT!!! Yum!
