I still want my breakfast!


What about breakfast??
Pork/Lactose/Gluten Free Hash browns, scrambled eggs and sausage.


I really like breakfast.  I was told I needed to go off of pork, cheese and wheat (to name a few) and I was devastated.  However I can still have my dreamy breakfast.
What I need?  
4 Eggs
1/2 c Chopped Green Onion
1/2 Chopped tomato
1 Med red potato
1/2 small white onion
Red&Green Peppers, sliced
Garlic Chicken Sausage
Basil, Salt, Pepper, Garlic Salt, Italian Seasoning, Basil
Butter
Soy/Rice Cheese Shreds

Chop up Onion, Peppers, Potato into thin slices and place in pan to saute in oil (I used Grapeseed Oil - much healthier, any works) Onions will be translucent and potatoes will be soft and crisp.  After a few minutes add salt, pepper, garlic salt and basil to taste.


Whisk eggs in a bowl with garlic salt and Italian seasonings. Mix in butter together with egg mixture in a pan and scramble.  (Butter makes eggs fluffier and non-stick).  Top finished eggs with soy or rice cheese shreds and freshly chopped tomatoes and green onions.


Cook Sausage until well done but moist on the inside.

Serves 2-3
And Yes I made this recipe myself!  Naturally gluten-free as well as pork-free and lactose-free!
