8-layer Bean Dip minus the Lactose and already Wheat-free!
Ingredients...
1/2 can refried beans
Medium Taco Sauce or Salsa
Guacomole (purchased or made)
Soy Cheese Shreds
1 medium tomato sliced
1 small can sliced olives
Sliced green onions
Chopped cilantro
Layer 1: Refried Beans
Layer 2: Taco sauce/salsa
Layer 3: Guacomole (as much as you desire or have)
Layer 4: Sprinkled soy cheese (shredded)
Layer 5: Olive slices
Layer 6: Chopped Green Onions
Layer 7: Diced Tomato
Layer 8: Chopped Cilantro
